Shipping Policy

We use Australia Post for the majority of our shipping services. We use Aramex for larger quantities for commercial cleaning companies ort hose who preferr buying in Bulk.

Australia post covers against damage or missing parcels up to the Value of $100.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is pretty straight forward.

If you use our products according to the directions on the label or website and are not entirely happy, simply return the unused portion and we will refund the entire purchase price and shipping costs. No questions asked.

We do however value your feedback, please feel free to provide us with any positive or negative, to ensure we can provide our customers with the best Eco Friendly products in Australia.

Suggestions for new products are also always welcome :)
